NW Heights

Overview

The Northwest Heights neighborhood is situated on the West side of Portland’s luxurious West Hills. A few minute’s  drive down Skyline Boulevard takes residents to the trendy Northwest entertainment area, while a short walk from the front steps of many Northwest Heights homes will bring you to the edge of the vast expanse of Forest Park.

This purely residential neighborhood enjoys some of the most spectacular views in the metropolitan area, with unobstructed panoramas of the coastal mountains and outlying valleys.

The Northwest Heights neighborhood is comprised mainly of immense, newly constructed homes on large lots with expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. A few older homes can be found at the edges of this burgeoning area, most in mid- and turn of the century styles.
