Overview

Situated high on the West side of Portland’s West Hills, this peaceful neighborhood enjoys the most snowfall of any neighborhood in the metro area. Like its neighbors, Sylvan Highlands boasts a large number of luxury homes on expansive lots with excellent views.  Unlike many of the surrounding areas, however, an abundance of attractive and very well kept 1950s through 1970s homes are available at more modest prices.
