Bethany

This is the fastest growing community in Portland.  With a recent inclusion of land from the Urban Growth Boundary, Bethany is paced to see continued growth.  The neighborhood is centered around the Bethany Village, a hip shopping center that includes condo living above the ground level shops.  Claremont Golf Club is a master planned 55+ community with in Bethany that is a hot spot for recent retirees.  Bethany is a great family community that offers Beaverton Schools and great access to the Silicon Forest and Downtown Portland.  Many Intel families call Bethany Home.

Most of the homes in Bethany are from the 1990′s and 2000′s.  They range in size, but offer one of the more affordable places to live in the NW Suburb.
