The Catlin Crest Neighborhood is a gated community located on the west side of the West Hills. This luxurious community is a short drive down Barnes Rd from the hip dining and shopping of the NW District. It also boasts convenient access to Hwy 26 and Beaverton. The adjacent Catlin Gable School is one of the areas most prestigious private schools. There aren’t very many gated comminities around Portland, so if a gate is your preference than Catlin Crest should be on your list of places to look.
