The Cedar Mill community lies just west of Bonny Slope on the western most part of the West Hills. Cedar Mill is rich in history, as the Mill provided much of the wood to build the city of Portland. Gone is the Mill, instead you will find mostly newer subdivisions of suburban homes. Cornell Rd. is the main drag of Cedar Mill and it offers traditional suburban shopping and dining as well as a way to access Downtown Portland with out using a freeway.
