Oak Hills

Overview

The Oak Hills neighborhood is a small suburban community that is built around a central park.  Although you wouldn’t know it by it’s name, Oak Hills is very flat and an excellent walking community.  At 4th of July, Oak Hills puts on the west sides biggest fire works show drawing people from all over the Tualatin Valley.

Real Estate

Oak Hills is know for traditional and ranch style homes from the 80′s and 90′s that have large yards.  It is one of the more affordable neighborhoods in the area  yet very sought after because of its location in respect to the Sunset Hwy ( Hwy 26).
