Eastmoreland Heights

Overview

Eastmoreland Heights is the cozy little sister to the Eastmoreland neighborhood, and although it shares many traits with its genteel neighbor to the East, housing prices in Eastmoreland Heights remain relatively modest.

Though Eastmoreland Heights is almost purely a residential neighborhood, the lively commercial districts of Woodstock and Sellwood are located just a few minutes away by car or bike.

Parks & Recreation

Tucked into a hollow near the intersection of SE 45th and Harney is Errol Heights Natural Area, a very unknown city park. Through the bottom of the hollow runs Errol Creek, fed by springs and flowing into Johnson Creek.

Real Estate

Modest Bungalows and Cottages line the quiet streets of the Eastmoreland Heights neighborhood along with Craftsman, Arts and Crafts, split-level and other post-war designs.

"Working with Paul Johnson in purchasing our first home was a wonderful experience. His attention to detail and willingness to explain and lead us through all aspects of the home buying process made our first purchase a fantastic experience."
