Ladd’s Addition

Overview

Ladd’s Addition is like no other neighborhood in Portland, it is like entering another world. The roads are not set on a traditional grid but rather zig-zag around four little rose gardens and a circular garden right in the middle.  Tall trees adorn the sidewalks of the walkable streets.  Pristine homes and well manicured yards make you almost forget you are in a big city.

Park’s & Recreation

Although this almost completely residential neighborhood does not have any city parks, the rose gardens at the center of Ladd’s Addition and at each tip along with the canopy of trees make strolling the neighborhood like a walk in the park.

Real Estate

Most of the homes in Ladd’s Adition were built before the 1950s and feature all the unique character and charm you expect from the vintage Arts and Crafts, Bungalow, Queen Anne and Portland Foursquare styles.
