Overview

Filled with stately homes on large lots and winding streets canopied by old growth trees, the Waverly neighborhood has a vibe of sophistication and elegance.  Much of that vibe comes from the presence of Waverly Country Club, Portland’s most exclusive golf club.  The course sits on the bluffs of the Willamette River and peers across the water at unobstructed views of Dunthorpe and Riverdale.

The Waverly Country Club makes up most of the land space of this tiny neighborhood, but quick access to the amenities of Sellwood and the Willamette River, Waverly is not short on outdoor activities.
