Overview
On the west side of the West Hills and sandwiched between Vista Hills and Raleigh Hills, The West Slope neighborhood is a quiet tree lined neighborhood that is properly named. Built into the slope of Sylvan Hill, it overlooks the valley to the South and West. Private lots with old growth trees make this cozy neighborhood a favorite. With easy access to Downtown and Beaverton via Canyon Rd commuters really love this neighborhood.
Parks & Recreation
AM Kennedy Park is a 5 acre park with trails, a basketball court, picnic tables and a playground. Raleigh Park is also nearby with 17 acres of trails, ball fields and a swim center.
Real Estate
The majority of homes in the West Slope neighborhood were built from the early1930s to the late 1950s in the Ranch or similarly tidy styles. Some old Craftsman and Victorian structures can be found among the immaculately maintained mid-century designs, along with some Condo and in-fill developments.
